Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Ingried is very helpful she listens learns and then helps offering advice and alternatives to questions you may need to ask she has been very helpful and really has assisted me in my current situation as well as past trauma

Ingried has been amazing in just a couple of sessions so far. She has listened intently and been able to bring such valuable insight and advice. I'm so glad I chose to start this journey and am looking forward to contuining with Ingried's support.

Very thorough, thoughtful and helpful. She helped me get out of a very bad place last year and now I’m seeing things differently and making significant progress.

Ingried is a wonderful therapist - she allows you to go at your own pace whilst also encouraging you towards the work that needs to be done. She is never judgemental and gently frames situations with clarity and compassion - her expertise is amazing and sessions may deal with difficult matters but they never feel uncomfortable.

I am truly grateful for Ingried and her strong ability to ascertain and assimilate all that I share with her. She listens closely and has a way of repeating it back to you through conversation, which shows attention to detail and understanding. Therapy most times is about being heard and not feeling judged. Ingried hears me and is able to draw out things/emotions I may struggle to express. She has a good balance of allowing me to feel where I am now and projecting where I can be to heal. I highly recommend her.
