Rob is the best counselor I’ve had, and have stuck with him for a few years now. It’s important to me to have good communication and talking to a good listener, and the ability to have weekly sessions.

As a former senior level business executive, I specialize in meeting the needs of people that have unique challenges in the their work and personal lives.
My ideal client is one who has a strong desire to make meaningful changes in their life. Courage and a desire to work hard are integral. If you’re willing to to put in the time and effort, then I am too.
I have a 25 year career as a senior financial executive with Dell Computer, Neiman Marcus Stores and Kay Jewelers Stores. Now as a licensed counselor, I incorporate those experiences into mental health treatment and career/life coaching. I have been a practicing therapist for over 12 years.
I have helped many clients deal with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and relationship issues. I can also help you develop skills to connect more effectively with people to increase success at home and work.
My therapeutic style is solution-focused and I spend time getting to know what it might be like being in your shoes. I will give you direct, unvarnished feedback when you give permission to do so. I offer a great deal of self-disclosure when I believe it may be helpful to you.
NOTE: I have a limited schedule. I am available Monday nights and early afternoons Wednesday - Saturday. Also, I prefer phone or video sessions, especially with couples.
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $60 to $90 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
