I counsel individuals and couples on how to build better relationships and provide coaching for life direction. Sometimes we all need support to deal with life issues. I have been providing services for more than 17 years specializing in relationship issues and the pursuit of happiness.

I create a safe environment and customize my services to fit the unique needs and desires of the individuals I serve. As an experienced professional I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to best meet everyone's needs. I draw upon the Gottman Technique, Jungian principles, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a National Certified Counselor, and Licensed Professional Counselor.

Lesa is such a sweet person. She just is so down to Earth and really seems to care about what I’m telling her as opposed to the last in person therapist I saw who gave me routine breathing exercises that it seems she gives to everyone. Lesa makes it very easy to talk to her about whatever is on your mind, totally judgement free, and actually helps you address and dissect issues. She is awesome!
