Hello and Welcome to BetterHelp! If you choose to work with me you will be getting over 20+ years of experience and skills as a licensed clinician within the behavioral health community. I have worked with all ages from infants to seniors. I have also worked within a variety of environments including extensive time servicing our armed forces military personnel and their families. I want to put my clinical knowledge, talents and skills to work for you. Any issue you can think of, I have encountered at some point in my career. That being said, I am especially strong in working with relationship issues, boosting self-confidence, stress management and mid-range anxiety reduction.
My therapeutic approach is YOU Centered. I have a working knowledge of multiple therapeutic modalities. However, you are a special and unique individual and I will listen to what you want and need before attempting to utilize any type of clinical interventions.
My MISSION for subscribers is:
Forward Movement- I will Expand you out of your Accustomed Zone into a Stretch Zone without making you go into a Stress Zone.
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $35 to $80 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
