Noam is really helpful and great to talk to / bounce thoughts off of. He listens to everything I say, even when I go on long rants he still brings up specific points that I talked about and that makes me feel like I'm being heard. He responds with very insightful points and challenges my thinking which helps me to re-evaluate myself.
