Hello, let me introduce myself to you. I am a therapist who is dedicated to work with clients motivated to improve their lives. Are you a client who want to learn how to think more clearly, make better decisions, and avoid drama? Call me if you want a guide who will help you improve your relationships, reduce your stress, and create a more fulfilling life. My goal for my clients is to help them improve their attitudes so they will feel better about themselves and obtain the life that they desire.
I work with clients who believe that they can change and grow and want to improve their lives. I design the therapy to meet each person's needs. The best therapy is creative and interactive. I am trained to use art and guided imagery in addition to talk therapy.
My clients walk away from a session feeling they have learned something about themselves and have been given skills to solve their problems. I value each client I work with. I believe that together we can learn from each other. At this time I am working with clients through telemedicine in Oregon and California.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Liz's help has been transformative for me
Very calming presence. I felt totally comfortable and easy to talk to & interact with!
Elizabeth has made a great impact on me and teaching me how to approach my concerns. Highly recommend her.
Elizabeth is amazing. I have an unusual situation where I've been married to a man with Asperger's for more than 30 years. I'm neurotypical and my marriage has been a very tough. Previous counselors have ALWAYS diagnosed my situation as being MY problems with depression. I contacted Elizabeth with the information about my husband's Asperger's. She has been so incredibly helpful -- a lot of insight and support. She couples wisdom with experience -- she is kind hearted.
Elizabeth helps me through my problems with insight, knowledge and experience. A wonderful person that truly cares about helping people succeed.
I have definitely benefited from working with Elizabeth. She has given me tools to work through my problems and provides much needed support.
I find Mrs. Baxt really comforting, she listens to me and then helps me analyze myself and learn to help myself. I feel like I have learned a lot about myself and how I view myself and my emotions. I think she is terrific and would recommend her to everyone!
Elizabeth is excellent -- she quickly grasps what I'm talking about and then explains what is happening. I'm amazed by her ability -- we have only had two sessions.
