Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania with over 20 years experience providing mental health services to clients of all ages. I am a developmentalist at heart, believing in the whole of our life experience making us who we are today. Over the years my clients have ranged from age 2 to age 80 and I have seen individuals and families in settings such as outpatient, inpatient, treatment facilities, hospitals, schools and residential.
More important than approach or type of therapy is the relationship that you form with a counselor. Research indicates that the client/therapist relationship is the biggest indicator of success in therapy. In other words, safety and comfort in the therapeutic relationship is key.
I use an eclectic approach to counseling which means that I draw from various types of therapies to best meet your needs. Each person is unique and to be most effective, each approach needs to match the individual. I use aspects of Person-Centered Therapy , CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, IPNB (Interpersonal Neurobiology), Dyadic Developmental Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy.
It takes strength to reach out for counseling, especially if you are not feeling particularly strong. I will join you by whatever means of communicating is best for you; video, messaging, phone or live chat. Together we will move toward your goals. I am available to communicate daily and look forward to working with you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Stephanie is great. I couldn’t have been matched with a better therapist to fit my needs. I’m very grateful
She’s sweet and knowledgeable, and I really needed someone who can be an active listener.
Thank God for Stephanie!!
I feel I really lucked out getting Stephanie as a therapist. She’s accommodating and understanding and always seems to give me grace. I feel comfortable with her and I can trust her.
Excellent therapist. Very attentive and great advice.
Stephanie has been so helpful to me. I LOVE what we've done together. All my history we've unpacked has been instrumental in my emotional growth. And the self-trust she's helped me to find and build, as a result of reflecting, has led me to understand myself better. It's amazing how far we've come - considering where everything started. I would recommend her to anyone.
Stephanie has assisted me in inner growth and finding my own identity beyond outside relationships. The work isn't done, but I'm more content with who I am after starting our sessions and using the tools she's suggested in my life.
Stephanie has been a rock for me when I was going through one of my worst points in my life with addiction. Great therapist who strives to understand and care about you. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to make a change in their life.
A wonderful therapist, probably one of the most caring individuals I have ever met. I felt supported and heard during all of our sessions. She has years of experience to draw from for so many different situations and will meet you wherever you are.
She is an effective therapist who is guiding me through a difficult time.
Stephanie has been a godsend! She asks good questions, gives great recommendations and puts things in a way I haven’t thought of before, which is very much appreciated! I am very pleased with her and would recommend her highly.
Stephanie is great, very professional, and has helped me more than she knows.
She is so amazing I’ve never had a therapist as good as her she had helped me so much this past month or so
Very knowledgeable and helpful, and empathic
Amazing! Real down to earth person and very understanding. This is my first time ever participating in therapy and she makes it feel like shes a long lost family member
Stephanie is the best listening ear I ever had. She is kind and always very supportive. She helps you see your value when you feel you have none. She is God-sent!
Stephanie does a great job of listening and trying to truly understand your thought process. She is laid back, friendly and very flexible. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for someone to confide in. She is a fantastic counselor.
Stephanie is being really helpful in listening to my problems, concerns, and complaints. She makes me feel I’m listened.
Love her. Been so helpful to me
I absolutely LOVE working with Stephanie. She takes time with her responses and breaks down each part of the messages you send her, even if you send her a hundred paragraphs. She listens and suggests multiple ways to help with things. She asks questions trying to get to the root of the problem. None of my previous counselors over the years have helped as much as she has. She'll add in things about her own life that she's experienced and it helps to know I have someone who has struggled with the same things I am right now. I always tell everyone how much I love her.
She is extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. She has been very patient as i go through my first experience with therapy.
Stephanie is a great counselor! She has a knack for listening to a long rambling rant and then neatly summarize what I have been saying and cut to the core of the issue. She’s a great cheerleader when that is needed and always asks for feedback about the kind of support I want/need.
I would be lost without Stephanie. She’s been very supportive and offers suggestions to help me. I never have to repeat situations, people, or issues if we haven’t spoken in awhile. I feel listened to and that’s very important to me.
Stephanie has been great. Her recommendations have helped me tremendously.
She's the greatest therapist ever she's so good at listening and helping you get through things.
Stephanie has been extremely helpful to me. She seems very knowledgeable and has been great about keeping in contact with me. She has also been great about giving me exercises to help my situation.
Stephanie is kind and responsive. She is extremely respectful as well, and wants her patients to be comfortable with their counseling experience. I would recommend her.
