Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with 9 years of experience. I received my Master's Degree from Liberty University. I have worked mostly with clients suffering from addiction, however, I also have experience with depression, anxiety, grief, family, and a wide range of other concerns such as trauma and abuse.

I believe in treating everyone with respect in a judge-free zone. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, using various techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, solutions focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and psycho-education. In order to assist you, at times I will provide you with specific tools you can use in order to help you achieve your goals.

It takes courage to ask for help and make a change in your life. When you are ready, I will be here to support you along your journey to better mental health.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
