Tiffany has been amazing at redirecting my negative thoughts and creating better self love habits. The cognitive behavior app she recommended is fabulous and I’ve passed it on to others. Tiffany is intuitive and compassionate in her therapy and has helped me tremendously. Thank you

More about me
Licensing: LMFT Years in Practice: 3 State: Nevada
My name is Tiffany Irving, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California and Nevada. I earned my undergraduate degree from Bethany University where I participated in leadership and collegiate basketball. My Graduate degree was obtained from Santa Clara University in 2013 with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology.
Taking a person centered approach I am passionate about helping others find safe places to go with their pain and discover more about who they are and their unique journey with a nonjudgemental stance. In this current health crisis I meet each client where they are. Helping those in need cope with anxiety, depression, and stress currently impacting our communities. I strive to facilitate growth in those who want progress and are willing to put in the work. Staying focused on honesty as the best policy in a therapeutic relationship, I have enjoyed the experience working with a variety of populations including families, couples, groups and individuals in private practice, school based, and community based. We will work together to improve coping and move towards a fuller and more balanced life.
I have many interests such as traveling, exercising, meeting new people, cooking and I am quite the foodie. I enjoy creative things such as photography, painting, art expression, and music.
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
