Therapy is a process of self-discovery, healing, and becoming your best self. Whether you’re struggling with your mental health or addiction, struggling to cope with life circumstances, or finding yourself feeling confused with who you are and how you fit into this world, I am here to help guide you towards emotional stability. I believe that you are the expert, and I’m here to build your strengths, and provide you with the tools to conquer it all. There’s no one size fits all, and I tailor treatment towards meeting your needs
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in Massachusetts. I’m passionate about helping others, and attaining self-love. I’ve worked with individuals around a wide range of needs which include depression, anxiety, understanding addiction, and processing any trauma that continues to impact your day to day functioning. Or perhaps your life has been turned upside down and you’re struggling to find yourself again, finding work/life balance, experiencing poor self-esteem or wanting to stop finding yourself in dysfunctional relationships.
If you are ready to let go of your emotional wounds, and would like to dig deeper, I am here to help. My counseling style is warm, compassionate, interactive and judgment free. Depending on your needs, my approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. I work along side you, and practice a client centered approach. I look forward to working with you!
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $60 to $90 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
