Hi! My name is Patrice Bazer and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Casper, Wyoming. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2010. Since this time I have been working with children, adolescents, and their families in a variety of settings many different issues; some of which include depression, anxiety, school problems, family conflict, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, abuse and neglect, and behavioral issues.
I would describe my approach as client centered and goal oriented. I like to meet my clients where they are at and work as a team to achieve the goals that we set together using techniques from treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
I believe that there can be a time in everybody's like where counseling can help them. Be it a difficult life change, difficult emotions you are not sure how to overcome and cope with, etc. I believe therapy is a great place to start and believe in working as a team to help you achieve your personal goals. I would love to help you reach those goals and soar pass to things you may have never thought possible. My space is that of openness and a place for you to come and discuss your problems in a safe and non-judgmental space. Let me help you through the difficult moments in this thing we call life.non-

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have been working with her for several months now and can notice a difference in my confidence and my ability to stand up for myself. She has given me multiple tools to help change the way I perceive things and I am so very great full for her!!
PATRICE IS THE BEST! In the 6ish months we’ve been working together, even I’ve seen a dramatic difference in myself using the techniques we talk about. She always has time when I need to chat and I feel comfortable telling her anything.
I dont feel pressured to respond (not that I should) immediately, which is great. She works around my schedule and responds very quickly, even though I explained that I dont at all expect any after hours time from her. I'm more than happy to keep the sessions to business hours, but she always makes herself available regardless. I feel validated and encouraged to better myself, and i feel comfortable with the advice she offers. She understands and addresses all of my personal concerns and checks in regularly and politely when I've been busy or forgotten to reply. I have only the best opinion of her as a therapist, she's great.
Patricia is understanding, kind, and super helpful. She helps me understand and process my emotions. I always feel better after talking with her. I would recommend her to any of my friends.
Patrice Bazer has been helping me work through my anxiety. She is attentive and caring and makes herself available even between our sessions. Patrice provides me with a variety of tools to use and helps me figure out how to incorporate them into my everyday life. She helps me recognize the progress I do make, and reminds me that it a process and not an overnight fix. I am confident in the knowledge and experience she has and in the care she is providing me with,
