Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Great to have the support and understanding of a person who I can trust.
Simply the best!
She listens to everything I have to say and from there offers advice or gives you a different perspective and helps you through the process she has been amazing and a blessing!
It was easy to feel comfortable with Christine immediately. The sessions were efficient and effective!
I have met with several therapists in my life. I can honestly say that in just a few sessions with Christin, I feel like I have made the most progress. I would recommend her to anyone that needs someone to truly listen to them. She is kind, and doesn’t lean towards optimistic or pessimistic, she stays neutral, and works on the issues at hand. It has given me hope when I had none
I got nothing more to say it this point
Christin Barden has been the best therapist to me. She has guided me to see myself better and I’m so thankful. From deep depression, anxiety, to being diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, Christin has helped me get through it. I feel better than I ever have. I highly recommend her. Thank you again Christin.
Christin's solution-oriented (but compassionate) therapy style is an ideal fit for me.
My time with Christin has been incredibly productive. She is positive and cheerful, listens and helps me reframe my thinking around a particular problem and offers solutions tailored to me.
Many folks need a bit of help now and then. I've recommended Christin to several friends. Just having someone to guide me and acknowledge my feelings is imperative. The initial price makes it really tempting.
One of a kind and the best I have ever had to help. She is conscious, insightful and honest. All of the things you can ask for in a person who is there to help you through the difficult times. 11/10.
Cristin Barden is clearly very experienced and competent. I felt at ease with her right away and was able to start sharing some of my concerns and working on strategies on day 1. I'm so glad that I found Cristin on Betterhelp.

Great person. Great experience. Could not ask for a better counselor.
