I am a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania with over 8 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, sense of self, relationship issues, intimacy issues, parenting problems, career challenges, trauma, grief and loss or major life changes, as well as trauma and PTSD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My therapy approach is eclectic and includes a combination of the following types of therapy orientations: Existential, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, Integrative, Holistic, Narrative and Psychodynamic . I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more authentic, fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
