She is super sweet and completely amazing! She puts an extreme amount of time and effort into all of her messages. She even has researched about the college I've been attending or planning on attending about the services they offer and if it'd be a good fit etc. Her counseling is of extremely high quality and has significant improved how I live my life ( finally truly happy, going from high anxiety to almost non-existent anxiety, free from cutting, more social, better relationships, etc). I cannot thank her enough for how much she has helped me ( could write a book-she's great!). There was times where it'd be extremely early in the morning when it'd say she sent a message as she cares and wants to make sure you're ok. She goes out of her way to message you at times that aren't convinent for her ( who else would message you before 6:30 am to make sure you're ok?). It's easy to tell she loves what she does and has her whole heart and soul into it. When there was extremely tough situations that were happening she would make every effort she could to help and would send more messages than usual because of the way things were going. The messages helped me feel so much better and after reading a message from her I knew things would be ok and they'd work out. The other day when it felt like things were too far down over something, I read a reply from her and immediately felt assurance that things would work out. Sometimes all you need is another's story and advice on how things get better. Days where it was hard to shake the bad stuff, I'd see a new message and was able to get things worked out. She always has every aspect of knowledge of how to help. Clearly she does a lot of studying and research much past what would be required. I have likely thrown just about every situation there is and would consider it a high challenge. She is highly competent at any and every conflict situation that arises. It's hard to put into words how great she is and intelligent. Any issue big, small, enormous- she will easily help you come up with the way that would best suit you. She individualizes each option and knows that whoever she's counseling that they have it in them what's best for them and she knows how to help them get there. She's super sweet and is the best counselor out there!! It's easy to trust her and feel completely comfortable telling her anything and everything (this coming from a very shy and reserved person). You never have to feel scared or worried about telling her anything. She's super smart and easy to talk to and will make you feel like you matter (because you do!!). She values you and loves to hear your progress as well as the good and the mess ups. Don't hide anything as it's worth it to seek her help and understanding. She's fabulous:).

About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $35 to $80 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
