I have a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. I also have a sense of humor and find it to be helpful in the therapeutic process. I am known for building a good rapport with clients and I look forward to gaining your trust as you work through your issues. Typical treatment modalities in my work with clients includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and Client centered (deep listening and non-directive) approaches.
