I started my career working in outpatient treatment for adolescents, have worked in residential treatment for adults, and have done online individual therapy for the last two years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. I also helped many women who have experienced trauma or post-partum depression.
My counseling style is open and flexible based on your needs. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe that you are the expert in your life circumstances, my role is to support any changes that you wish to make in coping skills or managing difficult situations differently.
