Brooksi has been my therapist for over a year now and I’m so glad to have her as my therapist. She’s down to earth and doesn’t judge. Ever. I feel like she really understands me. If you’re a trans guy like me and need some therapy through the transition process, or if you have some childhood abuse you need to work through, Brooksi can definitely help you out.

Hi! I am a counselor licensed in Washington state with 11 years of experience. I have worked with clients who have survived trauma and who struggle with the symptoms of trauma : panic, anxiety, hopelessness, moral injury, and loss of identity.
My counseling style is solution focused and instructional. I believe that we are all seeking relief from our symptoms before we can start processing our traumas. I am honest, straightforward, and will be very upfront with you. I feel that it's imperative that we do our own work to move through our struggles. I focus on LGBTQ+ issues, mindfulness, trauma processing, and Veterans. I am a certified compassion fatigue educator and trainer and can offer support to those struggling during these difficult times.
I do not like labels and think that we limit ourselves when we label our traumas. I am open and believe in unconditional acceptance and non-judgement.
It's hard to ask for help, but I truly believe that with a little support and direction, we are all able to heal.
I look forward to working with you!
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $60 to $90 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
