Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience. I am licensed in both New Jersey and Wisconsin. My therapeutic focus is to help people live well and move beyond suffering.
Therapy is an opportunity that allows for you to have a deeper connection with yourself, helping you to show up differently and more authentically in your life. Through exploration, my clients gain knowledge of negative patterns and limiting beliefs. This information increases self-awareness leading to powerful conscious change.
I draw from several therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs. My style is warm, direct, honest and open. I welcome you to share your story. I am hopeful that together we can create powerful change, helping you to live well and see new possibilities. It’d be my pleasure to journey with you on the path toward that place.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

The best therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve tried quite a few! Very attentive and provides helpful strategies!
Kaitlyn is able to help get me refocused and her assistance is invaluable when life's pressures mount. I've been to other therapists in the past, Kaitlyn listens to my concerns and always has great advise.
Kaitlyn is incredible! She is very attentive, validates my feelings and experiences, and helps me find proactive solutions towards making a change in my perspective. On days where I feel confused or overwhelmed with my emotions, she uncovers the critical points I need to focus on and offers a variety of approaches towards finding a solution depending on my needs. She also has referred me to many resources and books that I can use to supplement my progress alongside our sessions. I am incredibly grateful for her counsel and support!
I honestly don’t have words. I can’t explain how incredible Kaitlyn is and how much she has helped me. I fully feel like she understands me, my thought process, and how to pose questions or challenges to me that completely help pull me out of my own mind. She offers resources and support and voluntarily takes on research and work to from our sessions to help me with next steps. She feels like a subject matter expert in everything we’ve discussed. She’s been so helpful in the following subjects: Grief, Caregiving roles, resentment and anger, guilt and family trauma. I truly can’t say enough about Kaitlyn. I’ve gone to other counselors who feel detached and where I don’t feel seen or understood, Kaitlyn is the complete opposite. I feel so incredibly lucky to have met her.
Kaitlyn is great. I've had in-person counselling in the past and always came away more frustrated than anything. Kaitlyn listens to what I have to say, then gently guides the conversation to help me understand what's going on. Highly recommended.
Kaitlyn is an incredibly thoughtful, kind, and warm counselor. This is my first time doing therapy and I feel so grateful to have been matched with Kaitlyn. She makes you feel so comfortable, heard, understood, and validates your concerns. She is quick to understand the problem at hand and gives powerful advice that brings peace and resolution to the situation. Kaitlyn is quick to respond in messages and always goes above and beyond. She even read healing cards to me yesterday that really resonated with my situation. From writing letters to my ex to lighting candles/using essential oils to sharing breath techniques to talking to me about Saturn's Return and creating pro/con lists, I have been blown away by how resourceful and knowledgeable she is. You can tell how much she cares for her clients and wants the best for them by following up with her clients throughout the week to share unique insights/readings. I cannot recommend Kaitlyn highly enough and am so lucky to have her as my counselor while I'm grieving deeply with a recent breakup. Thank you, Kaitlyn, for being so incredible. I really look forward to our conversations every week. You have made me feel loved, understood, and given me the strength that I need to get through these hard times.
