"Every blade of grass has its angel whispering over it 'grow, grow'" - The Talmud

I'm so glad you are seeking help at this time! I am a creative, compassionate therapist with 15+ years of experience empowering clients to heal, grow and thrive. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (PRC#14968), & active member of the American Counseling Association. It is important to note that online therapy is not a substitute for in-person therapy; that there are times a higher level of care if needed. In these cases, I advise my clients to seek help when needed, and provide referrals whenever possible. I assist people to achieve relief from symptoms of anxiety, sadness, anger, and grief; helping clients move through and beyond these feelings to experience authentic and vibrant living. Through our initial assessment, ongoing goal planning, weekly sessions, and messaging, I will guide you through difficulties, to find, rediscover and live into your very best life. My therapeutic approach is comprised of interpersonal processing, cognitive-behavioral, and mindful self compassion. My process will help you strengthen resilience, becoming better equipped to face life’s challenges with poise and grace. I especially enjoy working with kids & families, teens, young adults, professionals, and older adults. My heart is to help all my clients thrive in mind, body, & spirit and I look forward to meeting you!

About online counseling

Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $35 to $80 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I've worked with Lindsay for a few months now and I'm always so appreciative at her ability to lead me into new realizations and deeper insights. Her style is very conversational and open. I feel like I can talk about whatever is on my mind and she finds a way to gently go deeper into where my feelings are coming from. It's important to me that I never feel pressured or talked down to - our conversations are always warm, friendly and natural and I'm often surprised by where we end up and the positive insights I gain.

I have worked with Lindsay now for 3 weeks and she's been very helpful to me. She's a good listener and very empathetic. She is also very reactive.
