Life can be like a rollercoaster, we have up and downs and at times seem to go round and round but trying to stay balanced can be a challenge. We are a work in progress every day and today I welcome you to Betterhelp and CONGRATULATE you on taken the first step to getting the help you need; whether its learning coping skills, life skills, or seeking therapeutic support I’m here to help! My name is Veronica Bryant, I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Alabama and a License Social Worker in Georgia. I specialize and have extensive clinical experience working with adults and veterans in particular who struggle with serious mental illnesses (Depression, Schizophrenia, PTSD, Bipolar, and Anxiety). My goal and objectives are to build a good therapeutic rapport with clients, provide a safe space for clients to express feelings and concerns, explain modalities in a way the client understand, and empower the client to be the best version of themselves. Therapy is life changing and as Audrey Hepburn said; Nothing is impossible, the word itself says “I’m possible!”
My counseling modalities align with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Social Skills Training, Choice Based Anger Control, and Mindfulness.

About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $60 to $90 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
