My therapeutic style strength-based, creative and eclectic, with extensive experience in health psychology, family systems, cognitive behavioral approaches, mindful awareness, psychodynamic perspectives, brief solutions focused therapies, trauma, and loss and grief processes. When appropriate we may use guided imagery, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I value collaboration, and match my approach to meet your unique and specific needs.
