I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and life changes due to aging and medical conditions.
My counseling style is supportive and interactive. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psycho-dynamic, acceptance, and mindfulness counseling. I log into BetterHelp several times each week, Monday-Friday, but I have a limited window for responses and video session. I am only available in the late afternoon, evening. If this schedule is not good for you there are many clinicians on this forum with more flexible hours. I encourage you to keep looking until you find what you need to make this an easier process for you.
