I am exceptionally comfortable with Kristine and confident she can and will continue to help me feel better. I tried better help with low if any expectations and she has far surpassed that and made this an easy and helpful experience.

Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 5 years of clinical experience working with a wide rage of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, and PTSD. I have helped people through different life problems including self-harm, suicidal thoughts, grief, adjustment to changes such as divorce and relocation, low self-esteem, poor organization, and developing social skills. I have also served those who have experienced physical, sexual, and emotional trauma.
I love this profession because it provides the opportunity to support and journey with people as they move toward hope and healing. I am warm, inviting and encouraging. I like to use humor (when appropriate), metaphors, and stories in working with clients. I see the client as the expert of their own problems and my role is to help the client find solutions and access their own wealth of wisdom. Each person is different and I look forward to collaborating to create a treatment plan that fits you.
I encourage you to take a moment to acknowledged this first step you are taking toward hope and healing. I look forward to meeting with you and hearing your story.
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $60 to $90 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
