I graduated with my Masters degree in Social work in 2015 from the University of West Florida. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2018. I have worked in several intensive therapeutic settings over the last 5 years to assist clients in meeting their mental and behavioral health goals. I have experience working with a wide plethora of concerns including anxiety, depression, difficulties with communication, and trauma.
My therapeutic relationship with my clients is an essential part of therapy and the most important building block that guides my practice. I want to ensure that every client that I have feels safe and comfortable in sessions with me because I know that reaching out for help is a big step for many. If you are ready to take that step, I want to assure you that I am committed to walking this journey with you!
I look forward to meeting you.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
