Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Overall rating:
Great support during difficulties.
During the time that I have been working with Mr. Vanessa, I have been feeling better and she has been a great support during difficult times.
Vanessa Soto is very down to earth and understanding of all views. She cheers you on when you make improvements and tells you hard things when you need to grow. She is kind, patient and can lighten a mood with a silly joke. Would highly recommend her as a therapist.
She's been wonderful and understanding from far a great emotional support in the middle of my financial and emotional crisis with family and all that has been coming at me during this so harsh year. Thanks God for people with dedication like Dr. Vanessa Soto.
Vanessa Soto is a good listener, asks great questions and has understanding for lives that are different. I feel like she genuinely cares and always has articles or something to assist in my therapy and learning. I look forward to talking with her during my therapy sessions. I recommend her to others.
Honestly so far so good- this is the best therapy experience I’ve had and I’m only one session in and I’ve been to many
