Molly is the therapist I've felt most comfortable talking with. She never makes me feel bad about myself - but instead offers helpful tips and strategies that I can use practically in my day to day life. Working with her helps me manage my life better and work towards my goals. In working with her, I am seeing that I actually have a lot more potential in my average day than I felt I did before our sessions together. I enjoy our communications each time and appreciate her help.

Molly helped me be less anxious when it comes to doing therapy. She made me feel safe to talk about anything and also worked with me through understanding, realizing and even self reflecting the situations I give her. Truly thankful for her.

More about Molly

  • 9 years' experience
  • Female
  • LMHC

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist. I have been working with adults, children, adolescents and families for about 5 years now. I have additional trainings in areas such as infant mental health, sand tray therapy, nurturing parent training and child parent relationship therapy.

I practice from a client focused way of being. and a cognitive therapy way of intervening. In addition, when possible I like to provide alternative ways of processing such as expressive arts. In conjunction to providing therapy, I have been teaching courses to college students such as Child Psychology and Psychology of Personality. I believe this experience adds to my abilities as a counselor. My focus has been in trauma since graduate school, primarily abuse, but my experiences cover an array of other difficulties.

I am passionate about helping others and strive to be a support system for those working through difficult times. I hope you choose me to be there with you through this journey.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. Molly is one of the best therapists i’ve ever talked to, and I don’t even see her in person. She responds quickly and with helpful questions and concerns. She never makes me feel like i’m stupid or crazy for the things I say. It is so nice to simply type out all of my feelings and thoughts and then to hear her thoughts and how I should deal with these emotions. I wish I could meet her and thank her for how much she has truly helped me in such a short span of time.

Molly is so patient when I'm trying to come up with words to explain how I'm feeling at a particular point during a session, and that's beneficial because sometimes she ends up finishing my thought for me so I'm hardly ever stuck there trying to bring my words out. It's been so taxing this year and I'm happy to have Molly around to turn to brighten things up!
