More about me

Hello!
My name is Kelly. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Georgia and I have been working in counseling since 2013. I have experience working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, concerns related to LGBTQ+ identification, family conflicts, trauma related hardships, and more.
As a systemic therapist, I believe that the client is the driver of treatment. You are the expert on your experiences with the world, and I am the expert on change. Together, we can create space to alter the ongoing patterns in your life that have become problematic. I draw from Family Systems theory modalities including but not limited to Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. We will identify your hopes for therapy and how we can support the narratives that you would like to see enacted in your life.
My hope is to provide you with the support you need to make hard times easier and to guide you through the process of change. I look forward to working with you!
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
