Hi! My name is Dr. Lisa Davis, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Atlanta area. I have a PhD in Counseling, an MA in Communications and Training, and an MS in Counseling Psychology. I work with individuals with a wide range of concerns, including personality disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. I believe in meeting my clients where they are at and providing a safe, judgment-free environment for my clients to be themselves. I like to encourage my clients to challenge themselves to become a better version of themselves. I would be a good match for anyone interested in a counselor who takes the approach of having you as a person's first attitude.
I believe the passion I have for counseling is because I enjoy what I do.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I have only had two sessions so far and im already feeling so much better and Lisa is really listening to me and helping me formulate a plan to become the best version of myself. Talking with her is like talking to a long time friend im so amazed how the connection is just so natural.
Lisa is wonderful. It’s only been 2 weeks and I’m beginning to feel rejuvenated.. i know it’s a process but with Lisa and Better Help I’m on my way!!! Better Help for the WIN!!!!
I'm a work in progress, and I know God is working with me. I believe he has assigned me the therapist that is best suited to help me achieve my goal... the goal that God has purposed in my spirit. Lisa is very candid and doesn't sugar coat her responses, and I greatly appreciate that!
I’ve only had a couple sessions with Lisa so far, but she is everything I’m looking for in a therapist. She is giving me tools and lots of ways to manage my anxiety and issues. I’m happy with my progress with Lisa.
Absolutely love having Ms. Davis as my therapist. She listens very well and gives excellent feedback on how to process what I am going through.

I like Lisa a lot. She listens and responds to what I have to say.
One of the best therapists that I have had the privilege of working with. She understood what I needed and helped me to achieve it.
Great therapist.
Lisa is really patient with me. We plan techniques on how to cope with stress and we research nonprescription treatments for my disorder. She's an amazing friend and therapist.
Lisa takes the time to get to know her clients and understand not only where they are struggling but also in areas where they want to improve themselves. She takes notes during sessions and knows her clients well from the name of their dogs to their friends and even teachers. She is kind and willing to listen and able to help!
I have been a client of Lisa Davis for over a year. She is the best. I have ADHD and have issues with focus. Having her help me set realistic goals and being there to help me stay on target even when I completely lose focus has been a tremendous support system for me. I cannot say enough positive statements about her competency, professionalism and kindness.
Have gain more confidence and able to set healthy boundaries.

Mrs. Davis was a very caring and understanding person to work with. She listened and directed my thinking in a more positive way about my anxiety. I wish I could afford to keep up my sessions with her and I hope she knows that she helped me get through a very confusing part of my life.
Lisa is really wonderful. She’s helped me so much with fine tuning skills I have and working on new ones. I never wanted to stop coming but our time must end eventually!
Very knowledgable and shows me respect I have learned so much.
She is great.
My experience with Lisa was very positive. I very much felt at ease and able to share what was on my mind with her. She is very responsive and receptive, I would work with her again and encourage others to seek her counsel.
Great listener, great at coping skills and easy to talk to
