Hello there!
Of course I have all the regular credentials of a traditional counselor such as a license and over 25 years of experience, but my best quality, ( I think) is my love for others! We are all living in unprecedented times and each of us sometimes has to bear burdens unique to our situations. As a Christian my perspective of working with others is to reflect Christs love, faith, compassion, honor, and humility to those who are hurting. I use my since of genuine warmth, and humor to engage people in their quest for a better life. My approach is also guided by trauma informed philosophies as well as several cognitive behavioral strategies. Often times I see that therapy allows us to unpack adverse events or patterns in our lives, in a safe non-judgmental, supportive incubator, that is the wonderful relationship found in therapy. It would be my honor to accompany you on your journey to wellness and healing.
