Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Michelle is impactful and effective in her approach. I am grateful for the tools and the support that she has provided.
Michelle has provided support during some challenging times when I felt isolated. Her approach has been compassionate, flexible, and productive to my counseling and therapy goals.
I’m only a few weeks in with Michelle and I see changes in my life already. Major changes. I was a person that swore I would never waste time or money on a therapist and in my 31 years it is the best decision I have ever made. I absolutely love Michelle - there’s not one negative thing I could say about her. She is very responsive. Very educated and very welcoming. I feel like I have known her my entire life. They say you will click with your therapist when it’s the right one and I am so so so thankful that Michelle got placed in my path because I could not ask for a more kind , caring and compassionate person to help me along my journey with my mental health.
Michelle is awesome. Seems like I’m talking to a concerned wise friend. She’s very thorough with processing my thoughts and actively listens. I’ve only worked with her a few weeks and she’s already made an impact on my life and my perspective.
Michelle is very responsive and checks in with me regularly, I like this because it reminds me to take a minute and evaluate where I'm at. It's so easy to get caught up with life's many demands.
Michelle is so caring and so understanding! She has helped me in SO many ways!! Definitely recommend her to anyone!
She’s really helped me from my lowest points to where I am today! I am forever grateful
Michelle has been fantastic! After my first counselor was less than responsive (sometimes taking 3 days to respond) I was skeptical. With Michelle, you're going to get a constant outlet for support and understanding. A few weeks ago, I felt as though I was drowning in my own thoughts - and she really helped sort my feelings and helped me realize that I'm stronger than what I give myself credit for. Overall - it doesn't get better than Michelle!
I just started working with Michelle. She has helped me so much in just a couple short days. She is very responsive, understanding, and challenges me. She provides a safe and comforting space. I’m looking forward to working with her more. Thank you, Michelle!
Michelle is really good. I am getting clarity and I am not afraid to speak up. I am looking forward to continuing my work with her.
