I'm grateful to Scott for working with me through each problem. He suggested tools to help manage my anxiety (Prayer, music, exercise, quiet time, walking, visiting friends, even moving furniture ) Offered suggestions for proper rest each night. When I asked him to pray; he offered prayer immediately during our session. We talked about our different beliefs & he never disrespected my Catholic faith. I recommend Scott as he is a Faith-filled man & faith is most important to myself & my husband. My husband supported me during this difficult year & he appreciated Scott's gentle approach to healing past hurts & working through current anxieties. Thank you God for Scott.

I have also worked with clients who struggle with stress, loss, abuse/neglect, and the frustrations of life.

I would describe my approach as empathetic, goal oriented, and client centered. I enjoy helping people though their challenges in life. If you so desire, I can can provide counseling from a Christian perspective helping people and encouraging them to go deeper with God. I provide a warm and non-judgmental environment, using humor and prayer to work together and reach your goals. Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
