I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Miami University. I want you to know that you are not alone. I use a collaborative, strengths-based, solution focused and relational approach with my clients. I employ multiple therapeutic perspectives including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Developmental, Existential and Spiritual Concepts to guide clients toward increasing self-awareness, personal growth and wellness.
