Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Wonderful and helpful
Julie spent a lot of time with me and I felt she really listened to me. I feel she really cares.
Julie seems to be very genuine and trying to help and come up with ways to help
She is amazing and awesome and takes time to know her patience
Julie has been absolutely life changing for me. I started therapy in the summer of 2021 because I knew I wanted to be a better mom and partner, but didn't realize how transformative the next year of my life would be. Julie helps me to grow, learn and heal every single session. She is truly a wonderful human being and therapist!
Julie is super helpful!! She’s very kind and I really feel like she tries her best to understand me and my needs so that she can give me tools to use to work through my struggles and make progress. I love that she gives a lot of recommendations for books and videos that relate to and can help me work towards my therapy goals. She’s awesome!!
Our first meeting was good and she’s very sweet and I’m looking forward to our next meeting
Intimate and patient, she seeks to help me understand myself rather than bestow short term solutions. Never rude or imposing, always a warm smile whenever a session begins and asks about the smallest details, ultimately trying them to the larger issue.
She is awesome.
She is amazing and honest. She doesn’t just tell me what I want to hear, she tells me things that I need to hear. Julie helps me set decisive goals for myself and has helped me see things in myself that I never thought to look for.
I have been working with Julie for a few months now and I am so grateful for the relationship we have developed! She understands me and has tailored our sessions to meet me where I am at. Excellent listener, great at helping set up tools to not only help with the hard parts of life but to implement in order to build the best life. She is an absolutely amazing human and wonderful therapist! 10/10 recommend her to anyone who needs a kind and knowledgeable ear!
Julie has been amazing in the short time we have been working together. I feel heard and I can see that she cares about my overall health. I am happy to have her as my therapist.
So far things are awesome... It hard to believe i look forward to speaking to a counselor, however Julie has been straight forward, resourceful, and understanding! So far she has helped me pull out of the downward spiral i feel my emotions are in and think a little more clearly. I anticipate that over more time working together, she will be able to pin point most of the problems i deal with within myself and i will become the womam mother daughter i want to be.
I am really enjoying my time and I think it will be good for me.
