She is wonderful and I'm not sure how I found her. I tried others on better help and elsewhere and she is the only therapist who is worth mentioning. Her experience, wisdom, and spirituality shows and has saved me in so many ways and keeps me going.

Teresa respects my wishes and helps me to come to my own conclusion by giving me things to think about. Teresa asks me every week what I would like to discuss and checks in on me where I am at.

Teresa is the most competent therapist I have seen. She incorporates all aspects of life into her strategy

I have appreciated the Christian view path that Teresa is able to give me in the sessions I have had with her. Using biblical context to connect with the different emotions and stressors in my life has allowed for me to connect my mental health and my faith even more and have led to healthier habits.

I’ve only had a few sessions but so far I’m happy to be back in a therapy type environment/schedule!

Teresa is someone who has been around the block and understands life and it's challenges. She listens well and gives me helpful ways to overcome my situation.

Teresa is a very down-to-earth therapist. She helps me understand what I’m going through and pushes me to make efforts to accomplish my goals. She isn’t afraid to be honest with me and points out when I’m in the wrong. 10/10 would recommend.

Genuinely I gave it a chance from a podcast, and now here I am better fit with a therapist after 2 years of therapy. I’ve never felt more heard after the first session or more comfortable. I’m excited for the next session. I knew I needed help again but I didn’t want to look and I genuinely feel paired with someone who won’t judge me and also has very valid reasons and really opened up my thinking, especially emotionally.

Teresa has been a fantastic help to me so far. She is incredibly kind, smart, and caring, and is a therapist who does more than listen. She gives me tools to get through this very difficult time in my life, and I am so grateful for her.

Reviewed September 2021

Teresa and I have only had one session so far, but it was long overdue. They were attentive, made it easy to talk openly with them, and gave me solid suggestions on how to move forward. I didn’t feel judged or like I was just another patient, I felt listened to. I’d recommend Teresa if you feel like you could use therapy, but you’re nervous or intimidated, I was, and look at me now… writing a review and booking my second session.
