Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Great to talk to

Reviewed September 2021

I mean I have tried so many things & this is literally the only helpful professional I’ve ever had in the past decade+. I could not be more thankful, pleased, excited, grateful, & more for the opportunity to use this resource & it work perfectly for me, so that I can hopefully have it for as long as I need it! I could not praise or recommend it enough to anyone who needs even the slightest bit of help if they’re struggling b/c I was about at the end of options & my mind & personally, my therapist & then overall experience as well has been more than I could of dreamt of or asked for & I would recommend it & do it a million times over & hope to be here for a long time, so that I can say I put the work in & I’m ridiculously grateful of the help I receive. Idk if everyone gets as “lucky” w/ their therapist, but it’s basically as much as the price of a “therapist” w/ my insurance & this is SO MUCH BETTER, helpful, & conducive to literally bettering my mental health than anything I’ve tried or been given in the past decade or two.
