I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a School Counselor in the state of New Jersey. I have 8 years of experience working with under-served and at-risk youth, I have worked with individuals, families, and children. My experience includes, but is not limited to, working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, learning/intellectual disabilities, life adjustments, homelessness, lack of resources, and emotional and social issues.
My approach to therapy is warm and supportive while using collaborative, cognitive-based, and solution-focused interventions. I believe in working with clients to offer support and assistance, all while building a strong rapport and working relationship between counselor and client.
Therapy can seem overwhelming but I am here to support you through the process and together we can work to get you where you want to be! We are all on our own journey and I would be honored to be a part of yours.
