Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

It is a hard thing to have to admit when you have issues. Ashley made it easy for me to open up and really explore the issues I am really struggling with.

Ashley is a breath of fresh air, a friend and a professional in one. She has made me realise things about myself that even I wasn't aware of and I have very much enjoyed our sessions
i have only been assigned to her for two weeks. a bit early to do this survey. but i definitely like her more than my previous therapist. i think a major factor in this is that i am more aware of my issues.
I appreciate Ashley’s professionalism and the tools shes given me to help understand and process old and new life experiences. Definitely thankful for all that she does.
I am happy with the support that Ashley is giving me she is very kind and understanding I work nights so it is not always easy to talk also there is a six hour time difference between us bit she is always available when I need advice
Ashley is the first therapy who I have worked with you strongly supports me, listens to me and completely lets (and encourages) me to take the reigns of my own mental health. Even after a tough session I am so grateful for her support and honesty. I have never looked forward to a session so much in my life. She has helped me through the toughest days of my life with grace.
Ashley Wilson is better than any expectation I could have imagined. It feels like she is a natural born healer with a talent for counseling, and her clients are lucky enough she found her calling. From our first session she made me feel safe, and very much as though there was no judgement. In just three sessions she removed a weight I did not realize I had been carrying for nearly my entire life. She saw it, when no one else had, and created the space for healing to happen. To paraphrase from Robert Sullivan - she is gently and almost invisibly allowing you to be you, as flawed and as beautiful as you are, whilst creating the change you let her know you crave. If you have the chance, I highly recommend.
New to therapy so I was nervous going into this but Ashley really made me feel comfortable and made me feel safe to open up about all the issues I have going on. I connected instantly and I love that I have a safe space to manage all my troubles!
Ashley has been amazing to work with. It feels good to finally have someone, who has the right tools, to help me make these next important steps in my life! I feel heard and validated. Thank you!
Ashley is amazing! She really takes the time to listen and pays attention to all the small details. She’s encouraging and fun and really makes it easy to open up!
