I utilize an array of evidence based practices including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing in my work. In addition to working as a therapist in California, I run an international 501(c)3 organization to support children internationally. I founded Speak 4 Silent Voices in 2010 to help improve the future of impoverished children in Kolkata, India.
