I was filled with anxiety and experiencing depression on a regular basis due to the stresses of work and relationship when i decided to give it another shot as my first attempt with a therapist at better help wasn't a good one. I would come into a session with some questions and maggie would listen and really try to understand where i came from. I felt really comfortable as though i was talking to an old friend.
