I have over 14 years of experience working with both adults and children. Over the years, I have enjoyed putting the client first using Client Centered approaches when meeting/talking. The style of therapy I use is geared toward the needs of the client as I enjoy using CBT, DBT, Solution Focused therapy and even Motivation Interviewing Techniques. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychology and I am a Licensed Counselor and have worked with people with a wide variety of issues.
