I feel as though every therapist should offer multiple ways of communicating. I personally prefer to speak my emotions rather than texting them, so messaging back and forth has been kinda slow and not my favorite. I feel like I’m not getting what I’m paying for. It’s not the therapists fault though. She’s really great :)

Dr. Alexander is a great. Just a few conversations with her and I already know stuff I didn't even revise I did and that were bad for me. I have recommended the service to friends already. (In reagard to my post being public I would feel much more comfortable if it is not public. Thank you.)

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments.
