Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Have only had one call so far with another one today. I would say so far I’m excited to work on what she has provided and am so thankful for her patience and acceptance!
Sarah takes the time to listen to what you need even if you don’t know what that is. She keeps asking questions to get to the root issue.
Sarah is the best! She is super responsive, flexible, always on time, and truly understands what I'm trying to achieve in therapy. She has a plethora of resources to share in the forms of articles and worksheets. She is also a genuinely warm and kind person. I recommend her to anyone!
A phenomenal listener. Very level headed and helpful.
Sarah is a talented professional that I trust with all of my life experiences. She has opened my eyes and heart to so much over my two year tenure with her and I love our weekly discussions. I wouldn't be the person I am today without her help and guidance through all walks of life. I'm so grateful for her knowledge, resources, kindness, understanding, and her amazing personality that makes her so easy to open up to!
I was adrift when I lost my previous therapist. She left the agency to work in the schools. I had another therapist for a year, and I went backwards. Since Better Help and Sarah I've again started moving in the right direction, and quite rapidly at that!
Fantastic therapist!
Sarah is a great listener and she adapted to my communication style and problems.
Sara is amazing
Sarah has been awesome. I wasn't really sure what to expect from therapy as I have never done it before. But she has been great at guiding me through the process and talking about and showing me things I didn't even know needed discussed.
Sarah is so good at being real, maintaining clarity, and offering new/different perspectives. She’s a cheerleader who’s not afraid to be honest and she really listens when I talk. Sarah has been a huge benefit and blessing in my life.
Sarah, has been my saving grace- she is my voice of reason. She is always willing to listen to me and provide advice that gets me thinking in a different direction, which is what I need. She responds to me in a timely manner and is always willing to make time for her clients.
I have been seeing Sarah for a bit now. And I can't imagine being able to handle and give perspective to the issues I needed to address without her help. She is candid, compassionate and understanding. She has equipped me with so many tools that have given my life clarity and given me better ways to handle things as they happen. I have been able to find me again...to give myself grace....and I like what I see. Thank you doesn't even begin to express how I feel about working with Sarah.
Sarah has been nothing but helpful to me. I've been seeing her for a few months now and she's helped me understand my concerns and helped me get through the challenging times in my life. I would recommend her to anyone.
I love working with Sarah. I enjoy the worksheets she gives me to help me reflect and work on my problems. She listens clearly to me and provides me with assistance.
Sarah is always there to listen and offer great advice. I feel so much better by the end of our call.
A truly awesome counselor
Absolutely amazing listens and helps to understand
Sarah is amazing!
Sarah is a wonderful listener who gives relevant feedback that isn’t always “easy” to hear but necessary and valid. She is thoughtful and considerate and offers insight in a non-judgmental, but firm way. It’s only been 6 weeks but my coping skills and internal dialogue have already been affected in a positive way.
Sarah was very helpful with my current situation. She gave me good advice and uplifting words to help me get thru what I am dealing with in my life!!!
She’s amazing and so great at her job!
She's an amazing help. Wonderful to talk to and provides positive reinforcement and solid advice.
I only met with Sarah once, but she helped me get the resources I need for a more intensive therapy as I came to better help admist a mental health crisis episode. Sarah showed me compassion and empathy while giving me direct advice and hard truths. I left feeling supported and I hope I can go back to her after my intensive treatment is complete.
Life. Changed. I know that sounds dramatic, but I’ve had a complete turn around since beginning my sessions with Sarah! She is super patient, realistic and funny! I’ve gotten a new job, began going out and socializing and regularly working on my physical health. All things that were IMPOSSIBLE before because of debilitating anxiety. Thank you, Sarah!!!
Sarah is very helpful and doesn't make me feel like getting help is a chore.
Sarah is a tremendous help dealing with everything that I have going on. I appreciate her help so much!
Sarah is an amazing therapist! I was hesitant to resume therapy after a several year hiatus but Sarah helped me feel comfortable right away. She is a superb listener and I would really recommend her services to anyone. Her recommendations are helpful, timely, and sincere. Very happy with her work!
I instantly felt connected and comfortable with Sarah, she feels like an old friend. She gives me a sense of security and anonymity, I know I can share anything with her. Not only does she listen and respond but she HEARS me. Like a breath of fresh air she really helps put things in a different light. What makes her better than an old friend is that I get to guilt-free trauma dump for nearly and hour every week in our judgement free zone! 5 stars! 100% would recommend!
Sarah Claridge is an exceptional therapist, and has given me many insights into how to solve my problems. She has been supportive, non judgmental, and helpful the entire time. More than that, she has helped me have a better and more hopeful mindset, so I have an easier time bettering myself moving forward.
Sarah is always kind, understanding and gives great view points that show she genuinely listens and cares. She is optimistic and real. Her sense of humor is warm and always welcomed. It is very appreciated as I know how much laughter can make us feel better and more connected. Sarah is a great counselor and therapist. I always look forward to talking with her!
I find that Sara listens to what I am saying and she asks me questions to make me think. Sars also reads the information you send ahead of meeting with her and is fully prepared to support you and/or challenge you. She is also celebrates the wins. I would not hesitate to recommend Sara to my friends and family
Sarah has helped me immeasurably over the last year. She allows me to answer my own questions, helps me challenge my thinking, and challenges it for me when my skull is too thick. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone. She is LGBTQ+ and polyamory friendly, which are major pluses! I am so grateful to have her on this journey with me!
Sarah is the best therapist I have ever had. I felt like she truly cared about me and my progress. I owe her so much and cannot thank her enough for my immense progress she assisted with!
Sarah has been an amazing help to my stress levels, thought processes, and personal growth. She offers so many resources to help through hard times and changing my way of thinking. I leave each session feeling like I've grown and am equipped to handle the next week or life event. I am sincerely grateful to have been matched with her for my therapy needs.

Sarah meets me where I am. She supports and reminds me of my worth
Sarah is incredible. She listens, understands, and provides great advice/explanations to help me become better and more self aware.
I have had countless therapists. Sarah is the first one I have ever felt I could fully open up to. She is down to earth, honest, and trustworthy. It's hard to open up about mental health, but Sarah makes it easy.
Sarah is such a big help and a great listener and gives great tools to help me improve.
Sarah is a great fit for me. She is honest but not judgemental. She forces me to challenge myself. Encourages me to try different approaches and not be so set in my ways. I appreciate her honesty
I never knew how badly I needed to talk to someone until I started working with Sarah. She has an amazing sense of humor, responds quickly, acknowledges me and validates me. My depression and anxiety has improved significantly in the few sessions I have had with her. I am so grateful for her and the time spent, she is absolutely amazing. Best part of the week!
Sarah is wonderful. My sessions through work are up so I’m unfortunately not going to be able to see her for a bit but as soon as I can I’m re-subbing purely because of Sarah.
Extremely kind, funny and easy to talk to! I feel so lucky to have been matched up with someone so knowledgeable with tools that truly help improve my daily life.
Sarah has been very helpful in helping me address some deep rooted issues. She asks thought provoking questions and provides helpful materials.
Sarah have been very helpful and I'm hoping I can continue to work with her.
Sarah is amazing. We worked together for roughly 7 months and I felt confident to leave therapy ( my finances didn't allow me to keep doing therapy forever). After I left therapy with my "tool box" of things to do when I was stressed or upset in anyway I had major health issues happen a month or 2 later. Things my tool box didn't prepare me for. So I reached out to Sarah when I was in crisis, she helped me get out of my crisis mode quickly and back on track. Now I continue to see her on a once a month basis to check in. Financially I can swing it, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing that I have that "check in". Cannot recommend her enough for anyone who struggles with trauma, substance abuse, being a mom of any kind. She hears what I don't say, and asks the questions that I didn't dare ask myself. The amount of growth I have made would not have been possible without Sarah's guidance.
She’s great!

Sarah is wonderful.
She’s absolutely amazing!
Sarah has been great for me! She listens to me and never makes me feel judged, in fact she encourages me to be kinder to myself. She helps me find real ways to deal with my concerns head on and set healthy boundaries in all areas of my life. She also constantly reminds me that I can't fix everything at once, mental health is a journey not a destination. I'm so grateful for our sessions.
Sarah us great!
She is great and very quickly adapted to my needs.
Sarah is amazing to work with. She offers practical solutions and techniques to help curb my anxiety and related symptoms, as well as serves as a great support system. Sarah is easy to talk to and always makes herself available to help outside of our regular sessions.
Sarah had been a huge breath of fresh air. I was hesitant about doing therapy at all and our sessions have been not only helpful but also something I genuinely look forward to. She is real and I have quickly grown respect and admiration for her services.
Sarah is wonderful. I felt heard! She understood my situation and gave me very concrete things I could do to help with the situation. She has continued to reach out and has made me feel she truly cares!
She has been incredibly supportive over my time with her. I feel like I wouldn't have felt as secure in my situation then if I had gone through it without her. Willing to compromise with you on time if situations arise and makes an effort to stay in touch when I don't send her a message in a long time. A supportive friend.
She’s kind and helpful, without being judgemental

Sarah is very high energy and listens to what I have to say. She knows how to keep things light, while also validating my emotions and worries. She sets clear, concise, reachable goals, while also benchmarking different ways to achieve them.
I love that Sarah challenges me. She’s the first counselor who has the guts to point out the areas where I need more refinement.
