Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Amazing in every way!
I think she’s great, she really listens to you but also the therapy sessions are more like a discussion that helps you feel more open to accepting change rather than feeling like you have homework and you have to change/improve yourself so much. I had a feeling she would be the right match for me. Thank you Dr.Newman

She is loving and gentle. She is empathetic and wise. She has taught me how to express my thoughts in a manner in which I can be proud of and get my point across. I feel and see so much improvement in my life since meeting her. I started Better Help with another counselor and I just never felt heard, more talked to. Dr. Newman remembers details and is just in all a really neat person.

I've tried therapy online one other time through betterhelp and was left not feeling like therapy online was the right fit for me. Dr. Newman has changed my opinion! She is respectful, empathetic, and a very good listener. She asks the right questions to dig deeper into your issues and helps you connect the dots in your life. She reiterates what you said to show that she hears and understands you and she always remembers what we talked about in the previous session.
She is professional and wonderful! She has great insight and calms the overwhelm. I leave each session feeling empowered and understood and look forward to the next.

Best therapist I've had! She is really supportive, understanding, and professional. I always look forward to therapy with her.
Dr. Newman is a very experienced, knowledgeable and intuitive therapist who captures with a few questions the main topics that need to be taken care of. She listens when it is time to listen and speaks and (re)acts when appropriate. The sessions with her are not only helpful in processing issues but are simply a moment of self-care, of self-reloading. I can warmly recommend her.
Its early days for me but so far I believe this experience will be life changing in a positive way. I feel heard and supported. Practical viewpoints are shared and questions given to me that have enabled me to reframe things. I feel so positive about this whole experience and my future.
We haven't started doing counciling sessions as I had hoped because of a financial issue I currently have and I need to get refunded before I can start doing the sessions properly. As I did not expect 168 to come out of my account only 26 euro is what I expected to be withdrawn weekly. As I do not have much money to cover as I need it for rent , food, electricity, phone bill, etc..
