Erica is a great therapist who has helped me through so much. She is easy to talk to and is patient as I work through thoughts and feelings. Because of her healthcare background, she has helped me to feel more confident when I meet with doctors and to stand up for myself when I’m uncomfortable or have questions. She also is very positive and that helps me to find ways to look at situations differently, which has greatly helped me with my anxiety. I definitely recommend her as a therapist.

Erica has been great to work with. She has offered exercises that make perfect sense for the place I am at to help me get over the next layer and become more confident with myself. Erica helped me through one of the hardest parts of my life. PPD is difficult and she was able to laugh with me cry with me and help me feel heard and supported.
