Sarah is an awesome therapist. My first session of therapy I was so nervous at first but after speaking with her she made me feel so comfortable opening up and talking to her. Now, I look forward to our weekly sessions together. Highly recommend her!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Sarah is amazing and it seems she has a wealth of knowledge and experience because she knows how to respond to every one of my concerns which is great
I’ve only had one session with her so far but the first session went better than I expected it to. She listened, she understood, asked questions that she made sure I was comfortable with answering. Gave me something to practice to help me out. It was a great first session. I have already booked my next session.
Sarah is an amazing therapist. She helps you understand and does not make things complicated. She is very easy to talk to and a good safe space.
Sarah has helped guide me in making changes in my life I’ve been needing to improve relationships with my family but more importantly, myself. It’s been with her support I’ve taken actions to change for the better. Mahalo Sarah!
She’s great. I really appreciate the way that she directs her sessions. She keeps things focused and to the point, which is what I want and need in a therapist. But she is also always allowing space for expression and insights
I love Sarah! I know not everyone has good luck on here, but I lucked out for sure :)
