Mary was wonderful to work with for 2.5 years when my dad was sick, in the weeks leading up to his death and in my early stages of grief. She continued to help me with managing my anxiety and so many things over the years. She is so kind and thoughtful and she felt invested in me as a patient. Highly recommend Mary!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Mary is an amazing listener and aids my healing in a safe and comforting way!
Mary is such a kind and compassionate person that these qualities shine through in my working with her. I really feel cared for. I feel especially free and comfortable to express my emotions which are often sad. She is a great listener. BW
Extremely good listener, and non judgemental, but knows when to make me question my assumptions. Love working with her.
Mary has been very helpful to help me to sort out my intentions and better communicate with my family members.
