I use a client centered approach and provide a judgement free zone. I also use a strength-based approach which helps you work towards meeting your treatment goals. My primary approaches include Trauma Informed Practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Didactical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
