Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Vicki was an excellent listener. She had a perfect way of wording advice that is easy to understand and can click pretty quickly. Sometimes you can hear what other people are telling you a thousand times in the same way and it only takes one person to word it differently for you to understand. Vickie was able to do that with the help that I needed. Vicki was very patient and understanding and took her time and making you feel heard and comfortable with sharing your thoughts and feelings. I would recommend her to anyone!

She's great!

She is amazing. I was nervous to try Better Help, but the matching mechanic worked better than I could have hoped for. I've been in therapy on and off for almost twenty years and this is the first time I've felt like I've gotten the match I needed for my ADHD and unaddressed issues related to it. She's kind but not coddling and although it hasn't been long, I've been blown away by our sessions so far.
