I have conducted workshops on Couples Communication and work with couples and families to improve their communication.
I have experience working with Men's issues. I work on teaching men how to avoid domestic violence issues to parenting as a man. I also work to help men co-parent in divorce and separation.
I work from a rational behavioral approach believing that everyone has the ability and can resolve their issues and problems. I believe that a good therapist will not only listen to their clients but will be active in teaching and improving the skills needed to improve your live and happiness.
I look forward to working with you to improve your relationships with yourself, your family and everyone in your life.
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
