Hello I am Drmatti
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, whether cognitive, affective, or behavioral, within the context of marriage and family systems. I have 15+ years in providing Professional Counseling support to individuals, families, couples, and children, dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as emotional distress and unmanageable anger. I apply psychotherapeutic Counseling and family systems theories and techniques in the delivery of services to individuals, couples, and families for the purpose of treating such diagnosed nervous and mental disorders. My specialty is trauma; I also provide Psychological Testing Testing; and Medication Referral Services.
While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to resolve past hurts, habits and hangups, and better understand real time challenges in our life. Together we can explore your true life goals, uncover purpose and potential that can prepare you to move in a positive strong new direction of living. Let me help you find grace and peace and a positive path of growth and well-being in a world that is complex and diverse, using complementary therapeutic approaches and techniques; such as DBT, EMDR, CBT, to unearth behavior patterns or perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Come talk to me, I would love to hear your story…
About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $60 to $90 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
